Phoenix East Partners with Middle East Airlines- AirLiban

peamea1DAYTONA BEACH — Phoenix East Aviation Inc. has entered a training agreement with Middle East Airlines AirLiban.

Starting in February, Phoenix East Aviation will train AirLiban students to be professional dispatchers for the airline, company officials announced. The intense six-week training will take place in Beirut, Lebanon, at the AirLiban facility.

Phoenix East, based at Daytona Beach International Airport, provides Federal Aviation Administration-approved airline dispatcher training as well as pilot training. Middle East Airlines was established in 1945 with service from Beirut, Lebanon, to destinations in the Gulf, and now has European and West African service

Phoenix East Aviation, Inc. (PEA) announces a new institutional grant available for U.S. military veterans for professional flight training.

Career flight training is a covered benefit under the Montgomery GI Bill; the new Phoenix East Aviation grant, called the Patriot Institutional Grant, is designed to express appreciation to veterans who wish a career as a professional pilot. This grant will further reduce the veteran’s pilot training costs. The Phoenix East Aviation Patriot Grant will contribute 5% toward the training tuition. It is available to U.S. veterans who qualify for education benefits under the Montgomery GI Bill.

PEA PARTNERS WITH BELGIUM FLIGHT TRAINING COMPANY TO TRAIN PILOTS FOR EUROPEAN AIRLINES

Daytona Beach, Florida, USA–-  Phoenix East Aviation, Inc. (PEA) has just announced a partnership with Hub’ Air Aviation Academy to train pilot candidates for airlines in Europe. Hub’ Air offices are located in Zaventem, Belgium, and are a leading European flight training organization. All training under this program will take place at Phoenix East Aviation’s training facility in Daytona Beach, Florida, according to Phoenix East Chief Executive Officer, Ghassan Reslan. The first group of ab initio students will arrive at Phoenix East in early October for approximately seven months training. Their training will include classroom and simulator instruction as well as flight training.
